Dimensions: H x W x D: 172 x 93 x 52 cm
Beautiful, small and birch veneer vitrins from the northeast German Biedermeier.
Standing piece of furniture standing on ebonized base plates.
In the lower area we see a wide door with a collected arched segment and the center of the castle. The door is protected against delay by two solid ridge strips. The interior is divided into two of almost equal compartments by an insert base.
The upper piece of furniture is glazed on three sides. The glazing is divided into three fields by sprouts. Most of the glass panes are original, slightly wavy and have smaller air pockets. The mirrors mounted in the body are also old and slightly dull.
Behind the sprouts there is a shelf, the upper one with prisoners. The floors are lined up in the body, on one of the photos it is easy to see. A really nice manual work!
The door is flanked by two solid full columns. The highlight of the piece of furniture is the original, very elaborately made capitals made of embossed and galvanized iron sheet. Absolutely rare, absolutely collectable!
The upper end is a cornice supported by dental strips with a Schinkel gable.
Condition: processed, polished with shellac and suitable for everyday use.
