About the Egg: This Egg chair is used and is newly upholstered with black aniline leather and fitted with new foam cushion. The chair has a hard shell and no defects. The frame has been refurbished but can still appear with some signs of wear. The Egg chair is original and manufactured and stamped by Fritz Hansen. The upholstery is done after the original methods of hand sewing. About aniline leather: Aniline leather is one of the best grades of leather that has been dyed and softened. The leather appears matte and without surface protection, which means that the leather can appear raw and can appear with stretch marks etc. from the animal. In addition, the leather will eventually have a beautiful patina, which gives the leather a vibrant and exclusive look. Stretch marks, insect bites and other natural marks can occur due to the fact that leather is a natural product.
