Ancient Napoleon 3 1900 period chair, with its blackened wooden structure, very nicely patinated by time.
Its seat is made of velvet devoured blue with original, original ribbon. In horsehair and spring, as was done at the time, the seat was very good, firm and comfortable.
The structure is robust and stable.
Under the seat you can read the department stores in the Louvre.
Very nice state of conservation, the chair being old, it obviously presents a patina, some faults in the wood.
