Vintage Design
Rare all original early production by Poul Kjaerholm for E. Kold Christensen: PK33 stools. Black leather seat pad and matte-chromed steel base with grey lacquered circular plywood seat support and rubber straps. The pads have the original 1st production inside upholstery of horsehair. Marked with E. Kold Christensen stamp in the base as pictured.
Unique provenance: Renown brutalist architect from Hannover, Germany. Literature: The Furniture of Poul Kjaerholm: Catalogue Raisonné, Sheridan, ppg. 114-117.
